Screams: Changes in the Wind

Everyone is really excited about the changes that are happening out at Screams this year!

First and foremost, Allen Hopps has taken on the role of Creative Director for Screams. Don't worry, the Trail of Terror will still be there, and we're going to be even better than ever!

Terrorvisions 3-D (a.k.a. The Clown House) is getting totally re-vamped and has become 3-D Pirates of Peril Point.

The Black Hole is gone and those resources are now being spread to other houses within Screams.

The Castle of Darkness is getting a major re-vamp as well, and should be much more interactive. As a matter of fact, we're hoping that most of the attractions are even more interactive than before, with our fright workers getting a series of classes from Allen that will help them make their scares even more effective.

Wow! Excellent news about Allen. I remember seeing him running around at Addamsville as the Stiltbeast. I've always known that the guy has talent. I am very glad to see that Screams is using him to his potential. I am very excited to see Screams starting to mix things up a bit. Just looking at the quality of the new masks in the video really has me excited to see the new and re-vamped attractions!

Sounds like Screams is gonna be great this year. I always enjoy Screams because of their atmosphere but have never been completely satisfied with the Haunts. By the looks of the video I think Screams is finally getting what they need. Im excited!

congrats to Allan. Im so impressed with what hes done at screams. Im excited about screams this yr it looks like they have made a huge leap in the right direction. Way to go Allan

very cool. I met Allen once at a noth texas haunters get together. He showed us as a group how to make latex face appliances. Can I be like Allen when I grow up? LOL

I need to go check them out again, geez they are only 30 mins from my haunt.
