Cemetary at Joe Pool. FAIL!!!!

So I have been interested in this cemetary since day one, the information on it made it sound sooo cool and dangerous (with shotgun mcgee watching the land). After a while I finally located it and last Sat we went on a mission to at least FIND this place. According to the site you have to go down this road and get past this guy to get to the cemetary in back. Well i dont know where they were going but that's not what I SAW.

You basically turn down an area like Highland park...big houses a plenty. You turn down this cul de sac and Tada there is your cemetary. It's called Estes Cemetary and its in Grand Prairie.

The cemetary looks cool from what I could see at 2am but I would be more scared of the guy coming out with his lawyers to sue me than a shotgun.

So sad it wasnt as cool as the description. What I want to know is how much did he pay for that house???

"You have your bay windows, walk in closet and to your right is a cemetary"

It sounds like the area is all built up now. The same thing happened to the Baccus Cemetery in Plano. It was alone in a big field at one time but now it's completely surrounded by shops and condos. It's rather pathetic.

Well that sucks about the cemetary. I think it was us three that talked about going and seeing some of these places when haunt season ended.......lol I guess that fell through.

I know, I went back to that thread and gathered as much info as I could, thats how we found it, sort of. oh well I am sure there are a few more haunted place to go to, like The Bakers Hotel, I want to see it (inside) before they start re building.

There are a ton of places I would like to check out. Just not a whole lot of people are interested in this "ghost hunting" like I am

Teams do seem to be in short supply in this area nowadays. Chainsaws and Everything, you might want to try to join an investigative team.

By the way, I did get curious and look for this cemetary when I was in the area recently. You're right - dismal fail.
