Hello haunt industry, members, friends, and lurkers!

Haunt Season 2010 in DFW is fast approaching!

Some of you already know how much Roadkill and I have been through this past year, and I don't want to bore anyone else with the details. We would like to ask everyone for support.

#1 - We would like to encourage corporate sponsorship and exclusive advertising rights on DFWHauntedHouses.com for the 2010 season.
RULES:
A) Ads MUST BE Halloween industry related (i.e. costume shops, haunt suppliers, etc.)
B) No product/service/organization advertised may be associated with any haunted house attraction in the DFW metro area, or provide direct financial assistance to or receive profits from said attraction
C) Advertiser agrees not to exclusively promote one haunted attraction before another. For instance, if one haunt displays coupons/adverts, then all other haunts should be allowed the same marketing allowances without prejudice.

#2 - We would like to encourage our frequent visitors to donate toward keeping this web site open. However, we do not want donations from haunt owners, actors, or affiliates - because our site is meant to HELP the haunt industry, not to take money from it. We would rather our regular members who use our services donate toward our operation costs. All donations are anonymous.

#3 - We would like to encourage haunt owners and affiliates to get their artwork, banners, operating dates/times submitted for 2010 AS SOON AS POSSIBLE so we can create the listings. Please also feel free to share any stories and experiences with owning/working at a haunted house. Send your haunt info to admin@dfwhauntedhouses.com, or complete a haunt submission form. Haunt Owners, please also specify the best time/date for our crew to visit. Although we can not guarantee your preferred date, we will use all possible efforts available to visit you around the time you specified.

#4 - We would like to remind everyone to be courteous and respectful in the open forums. We will always reserve the right to temporarily or permanently ban people for bad manners. Please do not force us to TELL YOU what we mean by BAD MANNERS... you should all know what is 'okay' and what is 'not okay'.

Just because Halloween has come and gone it doesn't mean that the haunted houses are done!

November 6 & 7, 2009

If for some reason you did not get a chance to check out Reindeer Manor, 13th Street Morgue and the Dungeon of Doom this season then you are in luck! They will be open November 6 & 7th with the 7th being haunters night. We will be out there on the 7th to help bring the 2009 season to a close. Come hang out with us and DFW's area haunted house owners and actors for a magical night of fun.
