TEXAS FRIGHTMARE WEEKEND opens their doors to three action packed days of fright this weekend with celebrity appearances (Shock Rock Icon Alice Cooper is this year's headliner), vendor tradeshow, film maker panel discussions, special screenings, a Zombie Walk (co-sponsored by ZOMBIE MANOR and The Haunt House), and a Hearse and Shock Rod Show presented by

If that isn't enough the combined forces behind ZOMBIE MANOR and The Haunt House will also be sponsoring this year's Zombie Walk on Saturday May 2, 2009. Arrive undead (or get an assist from professional ghouls) between 8 and 10:30 a.m. at the Whataburger / Blue Star Shell Station on the southeast corner of Freeport Parkway and West John Carpenter Freeway (State Highway 114).
The Zombie Walk will proceed slowly (and safely) one mile along Plaza Drive. Arrival at the Sheraton Grand Hotel is expected to coincide with the 11 a.m. opening of Texas Frightmare Weekend!
Finally, come check out one of DFW Haunted Houses.com's top haunted houses for 2008 on Saturday, May 2nd, 2009. The Haunt House will be opening their doors for ONE night of FRIGHT. Doors will be open from 7:00 pm to 10:30 pm.
From 10:30 p.m. to 12 a.m. our show will be FRIGHTS OUT!
What is Frights Out you say.......
Groups will enter into a pitch black environment left alone to find their way out with the aid of one dimly lit glowstick. Once you enter you are on your OWN to navigate your way through the ENTIRE event.
* Once you enter you WILL NOT be let out if you become too frightened or scared. You must find your own way to the end.
* If your glowstick is lost, stolen or dropped, you WILL NOT be given another and will be left to find your way out in total darkness.
It will be an event that DFW has yet to see.
